Congratulations on being selected to be in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!”

FULL CAST MEETING

• The first MANDATORY Cast Meeting will be this SUNDAY, September 16, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Waialae Baptist Church Youth Room (upstairs of the church office).
• Please bring your calendars to finalize your schedule conflict sheets and your script, if you have one.
• Cast members below 18 years of age, must bring a parent/guardian to the cast meeting. Due to the small size of the room, please do not bring additional family members or guests.

Schedule:
11:30 a.m. – Light lunch will be served
12:30 p.m. – All Cast Meeting
12:45 – 1:45 p.m. – All Cast Read-through
2:00 p.m. – Cast members released, except for the Herdman Family
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Herdman Family meeting with Chey Sanders

SCRIPTS
Copies of scripts will be available on Wednesday, Sept. 12. To pick up your script, you can visit the church office during office hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), schedule a pick up time with Cheryl, or get a copy on Sunday at the cast meeting.
