    ** indicates LEAD ROLE characters, which would require more lines to memorize in the show.
    * indicates SUPPORT ROLE characters.
  • Refer to the Monologue of the characters. Please choose the character monologue that best suits your age and/or interest.
  • Practice reading the monologue the way your character would say the words.
  • If you are auditioning for the part of Leroy or Charlie, refer to the dialogue and practice reading the lines of your character. In the audition, the other character’s lines will be read by the director.
  • We recommend that you memorize the monologues/dialogues for your audition, but memorization is not required.
  • Please be flexible. You may be asked to read for another role.
  • This is a fun play that presents the story of the birth of Christ and the true meaning of Christmas, so have fun with the characters!
