Register HERE!  2023 Missions Conference October 6-7, 2023 Friday Evening and Saturday Waialae Baptist Church   Registration is open for the Alec and Belle Waterhouse Lecture Series, “Missions Conference: Mission from the Heart of God” on Friday, October 6 – Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Waialae Baptist Church. Many Christians are eager to reach the world for Christ, but how many take the time to prepare their hearts and minds? Three of our speakers minister in very different parts of the world, each with different cultures and challenges – from the impoverishment and civil unrest in Haiti, to the aftermath of wildfires on Maui, to a nation that is less than 3% Christian. Learn the biblical principles that will help you partner with ongoing mission efforts to do missions in a way that reflects the very heart of God.   Conference Speakers: Philip Irwin has served as an IMB missionary for 10 years in East Asia and will be serving in Japan beginning in January 2024. Pastor Rocky Komatsu has been the lead pastor of Waiehu Community Church on Maui since 2018. Dr. Precois Norcilus ministers to his fellow Haitians through Mountains of Hope, a ministry started by his father that includes churches, schools, a medical clinic, well digging, and sports ministries. Dr. Matt Sanders has been the senior pastor of Wai’alae Baptist Church since 2015. Our Preschool, Children's, and Youth workers are planning an evening of fun activities for children ages 2 through middle school. Dinner, crafts, games, and other activities will be provided. Family Camp

Bellows Air Force Station 220 Tinker Rd, Waimanalo, HI, United States

Location: Bellows Air Force Station Cost: $40 per person 16 and older. $15 per child under 16. Deadline to sign up: Monday, July 15, 2024 Due to the use of military facilities, we are asked to provide a detailed guest list that contains Nationality, Passport Number or Driver License/State ID Number, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth. All information will be given to and handled by Calvin Lee (military sponsor). He will be available after church service in the foyer to collect the above information. Those who have DoD ID cards/military access do not need to be on the guest list and do not need to provide the above information. In addition, all non-DOD affiliated guests, including children, must have a valid school ID or picture ID on them at ALL times; a birth certificate must also be available at request. All vehicles entering Bellows AFS must present the following to the Sentry: Current Driver's license, current proof of insurance, current vehicle registration, and current vehicle safety inspection. MINORS: All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at ALL TIMES at the camp. The church is not responsible for watching any minors. Waialae Baptist Church’s 75th Anniversary Celebration

Sunday, December 1st following the service with a short program and a catered lunch from “A Catered Experience”. Menu includes teriyaki chicken, breaded fish, meat jun, rice, potato macaroni salad, and tossed salad. $10 per person, with no cost for children under 12.
