Sunday, December 1st following the service with a short program and a catered lunch from “A Catered Experience”. Menu includes teriyaki chicken, breaded fish, meat jun, rice, potato macaroni salad, and tossed salad. $10 per person, with no cost for children under 12. Location: Bellows Air Force Station Cost: $40 per person 16 and older. $15 per child under 16. Deadline to sign up: Monday, July 15, 2024 Due to the use of military facilities, we are asked to provide a detailed guest list that contains Nationality, Passport Number or Driver License/State ID Number, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth. All information will be given to and handled by Calvin Lee (military sponsor). He will be available after church service in the foyer to collect the above information. Those who have DoD ID cards/military access do not need to be on the guest list and do not need to provide the above information. In addition, all non-DOD affiliated guests, including children, must have a valid school ID or picture ID on them at ALL times; a birth certificate must also be available at request. All vehicles entering Bellows AFS must present the following to the Sentry: Current Driver's license, current proof of insurance, current vehicle registration, and current vehicle safety inspection. MINORS: All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at ALL TIMES at the camp. The church is not responsible for watching any minors.
