Register HERE!  2023 Missions Conference October 6-7, 2023 Friday Evening and Saturday Waialae Baptist Church   Registration is open for the Alec and Belle Waterhouse Lecture Series, “Missions Conference: Mission from the Heart of God” on Friday, October 6 – Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Waialae Baptist Church. Many Christians are eager to reach the world for Christ, but how many take the time to prepare their hearts and minds? Three of our speakers minister in very different parts of the world, each with different cultures and challenges – from the impoverishment and civil unrest in Haiti, to the aftermath of wildfires on Maui, to a nation that is less than 3% Christian. Learn the biblical principles that will help you partner with ongoing mission efforts to do missions in a way that reflects the very heart of God.   Conference Speakers: Philip Irwin has served as an IMB missionary for 10 years in East Asia and will be serving in Japan beginning in January 2024. Pastor Rocky Komatsu has been the lead pastor of Waiehu Community Church on Maui since 2018. Dr. Precois Norcilus ministers to his fellow Haitians through Mountains of Hope, a ministry started by his father that includes churches, schools, a medical clinic, well digging, and sports ministries. Dr. Matt Sanders has been the senior pastor of Wai’alae Baptist Church since 2015.
